Enforce existing laws protocols Stop programs eg Promise Program in which young law breakers aren’t being held accountable&stop plea bargaining violent crimes Have stiff mandatory sentences 4 any crime done with gun Build wall/secure border to help stem illegal guns&drugs etc

Then why don't you focus your ire on adminstration officials, politicians, police who created the situation by NOT following existing laws that would have prevented the shooter from being sold a gun. Not new laws; enforce existing laws. They will work.
