The biggest challenge you will face in convincing people that voting in ONE election isn't enough; too many people vote for President and skip the elections that follow.

I once volunteered as an election precinct worker. At the end of the day we had to sort through all the ballots to set aside any that were mismarked for hand-counting. Amazing how many had a vote for POTUS but not for state or local offices or referendums.
