I was awake at 3 am thinking about how not only does my classroom door not lock from the inside, but that our doors OPEN OUTWARD. There’s no way to jam it closed from inside if a shooter wants in. I spent the next three hours wondering how the hell I would keep my kids safe.

Shooter pulled the fire alarm… Children were shot outside the school… In hallways… How would bulletproof glass have helped? Focus David… Gun control is what is needed.

I am certain that he remembers what happened, as it was less than 2 weeks ago. I am also confident that he is capable of advocating for multiple layers of safety.

Pretty sure proper locks and bullet proof glass are cheaper than buying a gun for each classroom! (Good job on @Morning_Joe btw)

How about use the money you've collected for your March to secure your school?

I think they’re trying to protect all kids from being gunned down in their schools ... not just themselves. Crazy concept, I know.
