I've actually seen that claim put out there - along with them saying that this student and several others were at other mass shootings (showing photoshopped images with captions - including Sandy Hook) and that they are part of a conspiracy with CNN to stage mass shootings.

Having experienced the death of a sibling and witnessing parents who had lost a child. I can think of few more evil things.
