Social media is like a factory for anxiety. I took all my social media apps off my phone a couple months ago and my anxiety has gone down so much. The thing in your mind telling you that you have to be on here is wrong. The memes will continue.

Well if you don't have self control in you can't keep social media from controlling your life that's a good idea but if you do have social control social media is a decent Outlet to express your feelings and have them validated
