I would have liked to see Miller go to jail, but unfortunately I don't think there is a law against a cop being a coward.

Every cop must wonder how they’d react in a moment like the one he faced. In his case, he froze- I guess that could happen to a lot of us. But, if he has any shame, I don’t see how he could possibly go back to work again as a cop.
