Read up about Oregon & Washington State & how great their mail in voting system is working. 1 of those states even supply the return mailing stamp & that greatly increases the amt of votes. Exactly want we need to do. NOW Save

They should call Jay Inslee. WA State has been doing it for years. No postage needed.
