Public statements in support of GVP are great but we need is action from people like y'all that have the power to do something.
You can't just support peace when politically or publicly convenient, your words need to be backed by your actions- If your words are not backed by your actions that makes you no better than the politicians that promise to do something but never do.
This is the first month that I’ve had where I haven’t had a nightmare about getting shot at work. I’ve been having these nightmares since I started teaching in 2006. :(
