How about criticize constructively, fairly and with proportion to the importance of the moment in mind? I hate group/cult think and rather we vet our candidates for our best shot and shape policy for the party, but I will support the pick even if not my first choice.

I agree with both of you. This “my team right or wrong” approach is exactly what’s wrong with the GOP. However, keep any criticism clean, true, constructive & logical.
