I do not understand how NRA members don’t see that they’re being blatantly ripped off not just by Trump but the entire self-dealing NRA board too.

I can’t imagine how ripped off the NRA members feel considering they gave Donald Trump $30 million in 2016. Only to have him say less than two years later “Take the guns first, go through due process second.” and his failure to pass CCR. Trump is con man, even to his own side.

@AMarch4OurLives had 30 million we could probably pass more GVP legislation at the Federal and state level in 2 years than has been passed in the past 10. Keep in mind we’re literally just a bunch of kids and college students that have had a political baptism by fire.Show this thread

What’s odd to me is that they don’t seem to take anything he says seriously. They seem to vote based solely on whether or not liberals are offended and so if he says he’ll take guns before due process, they just ignore it because they know he can’t.

And since this is a group that loves to make exaggerated claims based on a scintilla off a phrase once uttered by a democrat, their willingness to overlook blatant statements by trump is very telling.

Heres the deal kid, we understand there are things trump must say to keep libs at bay, millions did vote against him but he's still theri president, any many of us would rather have trump with all his faults than a (D) pres and the damage they would do to 2A/prolife/open borders

Remember how Trump acted immediately afterwards when he sounded concerned and the look on his fellow republicans faces. Then someone got hold of him $$$ and he was all pro 2a the next day. Trump is so bad at the con game but like he said, he could shoot someone on 5th Ave.
