Report him to your superiors and federal law enforcement. The FBI has a task force to investigate people like that.

I never thought I would see the day where this is normal is our schools. I have worked in the school system for a combined 16 years. The fact that this is a normal monthly drill is still insane to me

It isn't a threat. It is a warning that they intend to protect their person and property against a government that has stated it's intent to use lethal force violate that property. The very fact that the government intends this, is the reason every citizen should have a gun.

The fact that someone would take someone’s life because someone told them they can’t possess an instrument designed to end human lives makes that person crazy. I am sorry but it does.
