I recommend you read the constitution. If you ever actually did read it, you would understand it's not a list of what we the people can, and can not do, it's a list of things the government can, and can not do.

He (Trump) is the government, dipstick. The third arm. Under the constitution, he can't start a war. If he commits forces, congress can over ride it under the War Powers Resolution. Seems the youngster knows more than you.
