Voting should be held over the weekend! Not on a weekday when people work.

Some of us work weekends. It should be a national holiday.

Solid and principled. As everyone has been saying, he should be polling higher. I wish the "debates" were debates, or at least discussions, too. Demonstrate how these leaders would collaborate and synergize. See who hogs the mike, who builds a team. Too much to ask?

I think moderated discussions around a table would be infinitely better than the gimmicky debates. And having 12 people on stage is awful. Just quick soundbites. Two randomized groups of 6 would be better , I think.

Or just have a national open primary day so one state isn’t setting the field for the rest of the nation period.

That would still favor wealthy, buy-the-seat candidates because they wouldnt have to be on the ground speaking to actual humans. It would also require mail-in ballots everywhere to be truly fair. There needs to be *some* caucus states - they just need to be more diverse ones.

@JulianCastro is the one who is willing to address the real issues facing our democracy. More than any other candidate he see how this all connects.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Not a Castro fan. But he is right. This is fundamentally in need of change and bringing into the present to represent voters. The election needs to be a national holiday.
