David, this shit has been going on for a solid month now when the US left Syria, and Turkey started shelling the place. This is as horrible as anything else, but US media isn't talking about it because they don't care whether Turkey or Russia is doing it, and the US caused this.
It’s more because US news is completely dominated by the impeachment of a criminal President, only the fourth in nation’s history. Which it should and needs to, but leaves little bandwidth for other non-US but still major and important happenings. There’s just too much going on
