I would like to see more training in anger management, response to bullying, diversity acceptance and recognition and mitigation of racist behavior in schools, and with law enforcement and the general public. This would require funding (by taxation) in all those areas.

We need a National Education University system to train thousands of new teachers and reduce the ridiculous class sizes in so many schools. Qualified students could attend tuition-free and pay it back by working in underserved school districts.
