It doesn’t matter how much bias training or sensitivity training a cop has if the system they use was built first and foremost as a tool of the state to violently enforce white supremacy.

In the 5 years since 12-year-old Tamir Rice was murdered— Let’s not forget these instances are NOT accidental because the murder of POC and the overt violent enforcement of white supremacy is what our system of policing was made to do ever since it evolved from slave patrols.
