Every day our democracy slips further and further away being pulled by the clutches of hate and violence. We must make love, peace and justice more American than hatred, violence and injustice. To survive we need a movement for peace, love and justice.

We had such a movement when I was your age, it worked. We impeached a crook, we stopped a war and we pushed back on nuclear power. It’s your generations turn.
