As Americans, we must recognize the great need for police reform because our fellow citizens and cops themselves are endangered on a daily basis by this expensive, bias and ineffective relic of slavery and indigenous genocide.

You just dismissed sensitivity and bias training, but still want reform? Exactly what reform do you imagine can cripple the current white supremacist system w/o sensitivity or bias training? Those are 2 key pillars of transforming the system. We need MORE of it.

The effective change in society to correct the prejudice was to hang or execute by firing squad the prejudiced people in a public square. I think a more "modern" approach would to to "cane" the rear of the prejudiced by the Singapore way.
