They are actually pro-oppression of women & minorities. Abortion rights are just something they can latch onto that spins conveniently into a warped interpretation of biblical principles that may be used broadly to justify their oppression. Hence the lack of care about children.

sadly, a hearing does not include votes on a bill.... but you know they will show up when it's time for them to vote "no" on gun sense legislation.
