The CDC is now investigating 450 cases of vaping-related lung illnesses, including 6 deaths. This should concern all Americans, especially in light of the fact that vaping and tobacco use are on the rise among American teenagers.

My Tobacco-21 legislation would raise the national age of tobacco purchase to 21 and keep harmful tobacco products out of the hands of vulnerable young Americans. This will continue to be one of my highest priorities.
