When hate and division become the norm countries die. I love my fellow Americans too much to let our country be destroyed by those that seek to divide and conquer us from within. We should all refuse go down without a fight against the injustice that can and will destroy us
Nothing happens in politics unless you scare those in power that they won’t have a job anymore if they don’t support equality and justice. We need some 1960s level activism, cultural change and voting to save our country and planet. We need a movement bigger than any party.
There are many things we can do, but one in particular is the #WeThePeopleMarch on September 21st. We all need to commit to *sustained activism*, but this upcoming march is a great opportunity to kick off (or reinvigorate) our activism in a very big way.https://wethepeoplemarch.org/

Having been there in the sixties let me offer this . The music industry was a major factor writing and preforming music to make people aware of what needed to be done. Both for civil rights and anti war. Shout out to the song writer and singers give us a hand
Agreed!! It would also be helpful to have some musicians with name recognition to rally the forces. The power of music in the 60s to galvanize activism cannot be underestimated. Who can step up now?
I so agree about music. So much of the 60's events were documented and driven by the music of those days.
