When hate and division become the norm countries die. I love my fellow Americans too much to let our country be destroyed by those that seek to divide and conquer us from within. We should all refuse go down without a fight against the injustice that can and will destroy us
Nothing happens in politics unless you scare those in power that they won’t have a job anymore if they don’t support equality and justice. We need some 1960s level activism, cultural change and voting to save our country and planet. We need a movement bigger than any party.

No. The last paragraph is about facing Injustice and doing something about it. "We who believe in freedom cannot rest until it comes." You cannot compromise with fascists, racists, cultists, etc. Change is not easy, freedom and justice must be our cause, and our goal.
