Only creating new gun laws alone will not work. We need to have a massive cultural change where peace is valued more than violence, where love is valued more than hate and dead children are valued more than guns.

You are right - I think it good to follow the threads back to find a solution. I do have to say that I think gun laws are also very, very important. People need to get used to the fact that they can't just buy a gun.

Except for the part about loving guns more than our children, I completely agree. We've lost our way, our families, and our faith. I have not lost these things, so I own guns, for the day I hope never comes, when I have to use them to protect my family and myself.

injustice is the root source of a LOT of and maybe MOST of gun deaths, but all the bases, (not excluding a country awash in guns) need to be looked at. For example, many suicides by vets cd be avoided by state govts offering benefits to vets where federal government falls short
