Also if all it takes is one phone call to the president to stop a law 97% of Americans support — maybe it’s time to change our damn laws because that doesn’t look like a representative democracy to me.

If we want to have a future as a country we must elect leaders that lead with courage and love to create peace and unity. If the greatest roadblock to achieving true justice for all Americans is ourselves— how will we ever succeed?
