I can get a gun in a day. When I looked for a psychiatrist that took my insurance, it took me calling almost 20 drs to find one that was still at that clinic, alive, taking my insurance, and accepting new patients. My copay was still 50 dollars a session. Two month waiting list.

Wow, lots of bots hard at work today. Proof of my statement is based on actual government statistics. I'm so sorry for those who have to deal with such hateful people daily.pic.twitter.com/JalwWnqiIi

Especially an affordable therapist with appointments available within a few days instead of a few months. What was at one time acute discomfort and sadness can blossom into full-blown psychosis in a few months. Timely, affordable, compassionate mental healthcare saves lives.

And it's worse when you are in rural Oklahoma!! I would have to go 75 miles in order to see someone. IF they take our insurance. Which most do not!
