I support the same restrictions on another constitutional right: Voting. Literacy tests, poll taxes, minimum age to 21, can only vote twice a year (choose wisely), penalties for irresponsible voting, you get the idea. Work on that plan, Zippy . .

I read it. This is insane and many parts are likely unconstitutional. You want to confiscate our guns. Reading this makes me want to donate to the NRA and other pro gun rights groups. I can't support much if anything.

Guy, what parts would be unconstitutional. If a drunk driver can use a car as a lethal weapon, and needs training, licensing and insurance, why should a gun owner not also? Neither cars or assault weapons where in fashion at the time of our founding fathers. Let's get with 2019
