Please explain to me how the NRA that is legally a 501c3 non-profit can spend $542,00 on private jet trips. I don’t understand how NRA members can be foolish enough to support a organization as corrupt as the NRA has been proven to be.https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/documents-show-nra-discussions-to-purchase-luxury-mansion-for-use-of-its-chief-executive/2019/08/06/eb8b0490-b7ce-11e9-b3b4-2bb69e8c4e39_story.html …

The IRS needs to immediately revoke the NRAs c3 status as a non profit.

That is my other question, can the NRA be giving hefty campaign donations to candidates when it is in the middle of a bankruptcy filing -should make it impossible to funnel Russian money this time right?

All "non-profits" make a profit. They even have specific profit-making entities within the organization called "enterprise funds." The idea for "non-profit" tax breaks started when "non-profits" were charities. Now some of the largest advocate socialism and government control.

Even Oliver North quit as President in disgust and his ethics level is pretty low. NRA filed for bankruptcy earlier this year and North warned LaPierre et all that their um questionable spending was going to cost them them their non profit status and he got outta there.

They do a lot of lobbying for a nonprofit. It’s supposed to be no more than 5% of budget spent on political activities.
