Until 2008 The second amendment had nothing to do with the individual right to own guns then gun manufactures and the NRA got the SCOTUS to change that to sell more guns. We need to reverse DC v Heller

1) did you read the first part of the sentence 2) "the people" refers to the people of the United States. As a collective. This would be a more logical translation given point 1.

Wut they MIGHT overturn, of course, is Brown v. Board. Sick joke. If they grant cert to an abortion case testing Roe, I still think Roberts will emerge as an institutionalist. But, stare decisis is too often a CHARADE.
