When sanity finally returns to our Senate, the rule that prevents anyone other than majority leader from bringing bills to the floor for a vote MUST BE CHANGED
Democrats in the House/Senate need to lead a sit in and demand their counterparts in the Senate come back.
Go to sit in the Senate chamber and refuse to move until S 42 is passed

I just told Sen. Blumenthal to do just that. Show every empty R seat and hold the bill up to the cameras focusing in on the date ( Feb) it was passed.
