I think guys need to talk about our feelings and mental health way more in an open and honest environment. Where conversations are had between us rather than at us. I’m tired of my mental health— as a guy being a talking point and not actually being addressed with other guys.

Few people will reach out. They NEED us to recognize the problem and talk to them. Take the step! If you want more info, DM me.

I have struggled with mental health issues since I was 14, generally I’m doing well. My friends and family know they can talk to me, anytime. I feel that my experience can help them when the anxiety makes you feel isolated.
