Literally just passed tax cuts that blew a hole in the deficit and are not in the least paying for themselves, yet reauthorizing 9/11 victims fund needs to be “paid for”? Truly sick.

Tax cuts for the wealthy. That was one of two goals Trump had. The other was violating the Emoluments Clause. The remainder of his time in office has been to play golf.
