Today @lauren_hoggs brought up today how many politicians will indorse presidential candidates purely based on their personality with 0 consideration of policy.
I agree, we need to stop electing personalities and elect people with policy solutions.

No: Look at their voting record. I made the mistake - more times than I will admit - to only looking at current stated policies.

Or integrity. Just look at the pending fate of Trump's first two Congressional backers, Reps. Chris Collins (NY) and Duncan Hunter (CA). Both are facing trial later this year on multiple charges. Collins for insider trading and Hunter for misuse of campaign finances.
