PSA for students thinking about taking a gap year It’s significantly harder to get scholarships / grants after your gap year because many of them are only for current high school seniors.

If you two do go fund me campaigns to fund your college I’ll be happy to chip in. You should have no trouble raising money for college if you really need it. Many of us out here are so proud of what you’re doing we’d help. You are our finest future.

I am going to miss you on this world platform when this gap year is over for you and all the other Stoneman activists. You have done so much for this country in one short year. Each one of you folks is just incredible!

Another PSA for those students: If it’s going to be better for your mental and physical health to take that year it’s okay too. If you use that year to work to save up for that education it’s important. It’s harder but if need be.
