That's a nice thought, but having seen the horrific video of the incident, I suspect that Lucca will have no problem getting free legal representation on a contingency basis.

Why? Just because the cops roughed him up doesn’t make him innocent. I’m not justifying the misuse of power but I’m sure they had their reasons to be there. They didn’t just arbitrarily start hurting someone just because

He did nothing wrong but was pepper sprayed for picking up a phone dropped by another kid being arrested, had his face slammed into the ground, then punched in the back of his head while he was not resisting in the least. This was roid rage racism, period
