I stumbled upon her portrait recently visiting the National Portrait Gallery. There were a number of people I had to think a few minutes about who they were to American history. I hope you aren't offended by my saying this but I was disappointed to recognize her name quickly.

Disappointed not by her or the amazing legacy of activists she's left but that events at her namesake school that forced many young people to be activists. I so wish you could all have been kids for a few years more. I wish that for all kids. Your work is so important. Thank you.
