The best way to get youth to vote more on college campuses is to give them candidates that reflect them both ideologically and demographically, especially in age. The problem is not that youth don’t like to vote it’s that that they feel they don’t have any one to vote for.
Also there's systemic voter suppression on college campuses. Many students don't even know what an absentee ballot is let alone how to get one. Many colleges don't have polling places.
Yay! But that just proved there's no voter suppression. Keep up the good work.
Suppression or indifference?
Indifference, obviously. 
In this day and age, not knowing what an absentee ballot is, is an act of willful ignorance.
Then let’s get out there and register them to vote. We start now and we can win this thing. We are competing with voter fraud, suppressing, redistristicting, and of course cyber invasion.
Not voter suppression - it’s lack of education at the HS level. Civics & History have been de-emphasized while more attention payed to Science and Math. Not saying that’s wrong just a fact.
Have you considered Googling how to vote? Back in 1989 we didn't even have the internet and I figured out how to vote in my first presidential election while away from home, attending an out of state college. It's not hard. You're a college student. Research is your job.
