When we toured the country we saw that gun violence prevention isn’t a partisan issue. Because no one wants innocent lives lost. Case in point: 97% of Americans support for universal background checks. Apple pie? If 97% of Americans agree on something, then it shouldn't matter if your representative is a Republican or a Democrat – they should be fighting for #HR8, and we need to make sure they do.

In an average month, 50 women in the US are shot to death by intimate partners. A background check stopping domestic abusers from buying guns could have saved their lives. TL;DR: Policy change > thoughts + prayers. Both Democrats and Republicans die from gun violence. Bullets don't discriminate and neither should our legislators. Let’s bring the people’s pressure to Congress and create the change this country needs to save lives.
Cannot be achievable without also creating a gun registration system which countries have used to confiscation.

The Bill of Rights is against UBCs. The only vote that matters.
They only polled around 1268 or so people. That is not anywhere near a large enough sample size to make a claim of 97% of Americans being in favor of anything. It's not even 1% of voters polled. Be accurate, not disingenuous.
