Everyone should be disturbed by the leader of the School Safety Commission (which opened following the shooting at MSD) going on NRATV. This is supposed to be a non-partisan commission that looks at safety; it’s goal is supposed to be protecting students, not selling more guns.
Not to mention school safety only protects kids from bullets coming from inside our schools, not outside. Where is the commission on community safety? Seems to me our politians only care when kids from higher socioeconomic statuses get shot.
Unsurprisingly the NRA also funds Sherriffs political campaigns. The undermining of our democracy and the arming of criminals everyone, bought to you by the NRA.
If there's a financial relationship with the NRA, I would certainly question the validity of their conclusions. I hope there is not.
The relationship is that the sheriffs receive good NRA grades (and in some cases, campaign donations) in exchange for promoting the NRA’s goal to arm teachers, which profits gun manufacturers and solidifies their “guns everywhere” agenda.
....The NRA is non-partisan..... Leftists, like yourself, have made it appear partisan. It is about safety. Safety and gun sales are not even close to mutually exclusive.

Me too :) And 3 of the commission members are being so blatant and open about their affiliation/endorsement of NRATV. Unbelievable! I think they would prefer the Wild West part 2: everybody armed.
