Ageism is unattractive; just another kind of bias. Maybe, work on that? Perhaps, everyone is winning because there is new blood? And, some is not so young. Sometimes, experience does matter. Think of Nancy Pelosi, who helped raise the $ that got many of these people elected.

The reason this is so important is because young people have not been truly represented by their congress. This is a step forward in equal representation.
