What other constitutional rights are you going to restrict to one per month? Maybe allow one tweet per month?
The federal government can significantly reduce interstate gun trafficking by enacting a One per month policy for all federally licensed gun dealers with wavers for bonafide gun collectors. This had a major impact on gun violence in the NE when VA instituted it.

Arizona legalized concealed carry without a permit. Armed robberies and violent crime dropped 95% the first year and stayed down. Empower the general population, crime rates drop. We the People need gov't support, not gov't control. A well armed society is a polite society.

It was in VA and would be now against the 2nd amendment. And I don't think it would make it through the
