If we are successful, within the next 20 years guns will be viewed and treated the same as cigarettes are now. As something that: -doesn’t make you cool -is a major risk to public health & -are still allowed to be used but don’t affect those that don’t want to use them.

Unfortunately, David, as someone deathly allergic to manufactured cigarettes, this isn't a perfect analogy. I can get sick just by being near someone who is a chain smoker, or go into anaphylactic shock if I cross the path of a cloud. Cigarettes still aren't fully banished.

My wife and I were commenting how strange it is I wanted a gun just a few years ago. That feeling and advertising effect can get in you, in my experience. I never want to see law enforcement or a gun cross my family’s threshold. And if law enforcement must, they should disarm.
