Police TASED an 11 year old CHILD for being SUSPECTED of shoplifting $50 worth of FOOD. Then told the child: "You know, sweetheart, this is why there’s no grocery stores in the black community.”
The officer has not been fired and faces no charges. This

Jesus, this is outrageous. Anyone using undue force, especially on a child, should be prosecuted. We are sick & tired of hearing about victims of bad, unqualified cops. Governors, mayors & police chiefs need to clean this up. Do your jobs!
