I’ve been in law enforcement for 32 years. I’ve NEVER met any civilian who needed an AR-15 for “self-defense”. Complete nonsense. No one but law enforcement and military personnel should have access to these weapons of war. #KavanaughConfirmation #No

And lastly... 4. Why do people then oppose background checks for all? Why haven’t we passed that? Sounds very respectful to law abiding gun owners to me.

This is a 90-10 Issue! If you are a law-abiding citizen, you have nothing to fear from a background check! https://www.politifact.com/wisconsin/statements/2017/oct/03/chris-abele/do-90-americans-support-background-checks-all-gun-/ …

When you say “self-defense” means protecting yourself from the “common criminal” then I understand why you don’t think civilians need a long gun. Except the point of 2A was not protection from burglars; it is protection from a tyrannical govt.

Self defense is a human right granted by Creator not a government

Wow, the ignorance once again reveals itself.I pray you keep speaking up, you've done more to secure our 2A rights than most anyone else in my lifetime.

I don't know which is sadder, that you know more about this then our elected officials, or the fact that they are still totally ignoring reasonable gun reform of any kind.
-
It's really sad how many of you can insult an 18 year old and say he is making stuff up when you just totally ignore that our
#POTUS is bordering on insanity, has over 3000 lawsuits against him, cheated on every wife he had, but those lies are cool...
