As of 5/1/18 domestic abuserers MUST surrender ALL firearms not just hand guns. Also waiting period raised from 3 days to 10 days. This is New York Law. Bill: S.8121 Phillips / A10272 O'Donnell

Yeah, it's been ten days wait period for years. I got my Walther P22/10, 5 years ago and it took that long to go back and get it.

Good points. Too complicated and time consuming. Anyone with a weapon within 100yds of a school gets life in prison, no age limit, no excuses, no bullshit. Get it done.
