If you see any outlet report the name of the shooter or show their face immediately call them and demand they edit the name and face out and if they refuse simply unsubscribe and unfollow.

Don't think so David. I want to know everything about the son-of-a-bitch or bitches that did this. To know your enemy is to defeat your enemy. One must know what one is up against. These shooters are already famous in their minds. Copycats, bring them out as well.

Yes, I agree. Lately, the string of these shootings. I'm wondering how many are copycats. Reporting the news it one thing. Once you retweet the hell out of it that's what gives it notoriety. Just my opinion

I understand exactly the point you're making, however sometimes the best (and sometimes, the ONLY way) way to find out information on the suspect and maybe why he did what he did, is to release his name and info to the public so they can talk to the proper authorities to help out

Even the smallest details can break a case wide open. My whole point is that knowledge is power. Also, the job of the media is to do exactly that.....to report the news so we can gain more knowledge, and then we can use that knowledge to have enough power to make a change!
