as you can see with police brutality it’s just not white officers
it’s the mentality that exist amongst officers they no longer protect and serve,it’s the citizens are our enemies

Clearly an assault, but the film may not tell the whole story. That a black officer attacked a black man tells me something else might be a play. He planned to beat the guy up for sure and that is demonstrative of poor self-control and a lack of discipline by the officer.

Nothing else in play, and there is another video showing them not getting the guy medical attention, but arresting him.

3/3 3) We need independent prosecutor offices that ONLY investigate & prosecute cases of criminal justice personnel misconduct & crime. DAs rely on the goodwill of the police to do their job so they will sandbag cases against cops... and independent prosecutor is required
