Our nation needs a “Public Representative Perjury Act” wherein any civil servant can be brought up on charges of perjury for any public speech that is found to be a lie. They should be held under oath 100% of the time not just in recorded testimony.

I think she meant that the money is not a GIFT. They’re not “giving” it to her. It’s more of a “loan” that they expect to be paid back through legislation.
