Not to mentioned armed security is trained, disciplined, and thoroughly vetted to make sure they are mentally fit to handle a weapon.
Say all Americans should be held to the same standards and you somehow become a "gun grabber" 
The is no standard training criteria for private security and the vetting is the same background check that all gun purchases go through.
