We are struggling with a shooting last night here in Toronto. We are a very safe, large city so this type of violence hits us hard, but trust me when I say that we greatly appreciate the work you are doing, David. Thank you.

We are heartsick over the shooting in Toronto. Please know we are holding Canada in our hearts and I am praying for your community.

These are gun uses by prohibited persons, It is already against the law for them to have guns. This proves that gun control laws don't keep criminals from having guns. It proves good people need to defend themselves and their families.

It is a people problem. A heart condition!

This is much more. This has become a ritual. The shootings are just the bloody flags of an economic war within the Chicago area. We need to invest a whole lot more than just more cops on the street. We need to invest in schools and job creation.

Not under this administration. Nope. No way. Some of the cops we “invested” in need BETTER TRAINING and no confederate flags in closet

Please. I live in Chicago and we have mass shootings every weekend. No one cares cause it's just poor black people. It would be different if it were a white suburb.
