We are currently headed off to Las Vegas which passed a universal background checks ballot initiative but over two years later it is still not regularly implemented. The AG of Nevada @AdamLaxalt refuses to do his job and enforce these laws.
Sooo what a about other states with Universal Background checks just are lying? Also if you can’t enforce a law you shouldn’t be Attorney General

Nevada is a point of contact state, which requires the state to conduct background checks. This system is far more effective through cooperation and communication of local agencies. The ballot initiative depended on the FBI and the FBI refused to conduct the checks.
